What is DiSC®?

The letters DiSC® stand for quadrants that are key pointers to peoples behaviours. It helps you to figure out who you are and what your drivers, fears and objectives are as you collaborate with other people.

"D" is for Dominance

People with the 'D' style place an emphasis on shaping the environment by overcoming opposition to accomplish results.

"i" is for Influence
