conflict-resolution, negotiation, motivation, selling, individual and
team effectiveness, productivity.
The DiSC
model provides nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioral issues
across four primary dimensions. Every day, organizations use DiSC to
establish a common language, paving the way for successful training and
coaching applications. Detailed, personalized information helps people
apply DiSC learning to specific business situations.
Participants in the program will:
Discover
the foundations of the DiSC Model, understand the implications of the
four styles, see the characteristics of each style and appreciate the
diversity of personal styles
Review the
basic principles of people reading, identify the disc styles of other
people based on their behavioral cues, and practice reading the DiSC
styles of others.
Learn how to gauge the
willingness and ability of others in a given situation, intuitively
adapt to the development needs of others in a given situation, reduce
tension and miscommunication when working with others, and get better,
more efficient results from team members
Recognize
what we each have unique filters for interpreting behavior, appreciate
all the different ways that their behavior can be interpreted, get
specific but safe feedback from others about our behavior, and use this
new feedback to improve our work performances agreed with client.
