  Strategic Alignment Seminar

Is your executive team aligned to your organization’s vision, mission, and values? If not, you are most likely going to end on the rocks of confusion and wastage.

Our Strategic Alignment Seminar will bring your team together through a process where we apply world class psychometric tools and conflict resolution mechanisms to get you back on track and moving forward.

Often, organizations engage in business transformation to realize market opportunities or to respond to challenges in their industry without aligning expectations of the stakeholder involved. While stakeholders are often considered through stakeholder analysis, this is often not enough.

Assessment of stakeholders and stakeholder issues is necessary to identify the range of interests which need to be taken into consideration in planning change, and to develop the vision and change process in a way that generates the greatest support. Stakeholders can perceive the same changes in quite different ways, depending on their expectations of the enterprise, vested interests, previous experience with change, existing pressure of work, interests and affiliations, or their particular characteristics and priorities. With major change projects, the concerns, interests, and objectives of stakeholders and stakeholder groups are frequently in conflict.

Aligning stakeholders strategically involves using the outcome of stakeholder analysis to guide a process of aligning the heart set, mind set, and hand set of those involved in a business project.

By completing the activities that are included in the KnowledgeWorkx Strategic Alignment Seminar, participants will:
