Our
program recognizes that strategic HR management is the result of an
effective services mix: HR transactional service, HR specialist
services, and HR generalist services. Through a process of HR capacity
building and the development of partnership level agreements with
business partners, we support HR practitioners to become effective
strategic partners in the business.
Participants in our program will learn to:
- Recognize the nature, value of, and symbiosis between HR transactional, HR specialists, and HR generalist functions.
- Develop and implement HR Services delivery models.
- Build partnership level agreements with business partners to ensure effective and sustainable HR service delivery.
- Employ effective HR capacity building models.
