In Level 2 we equip people to add a more in-depth intercultural analysis of their environment through the 12 Dimensions of Culture of the “Cultural Mapping Inventory” This will equip them to analyze people, groups and systems & environments in a new way.
The Level 2 Certified Practitioner badge is awarded to people who have completed the ICI Certification Journey focusing on Perception Management toolbox including Cultural Learner/Cultural Critic, Perceptions and Patterns and DIR tools, as well as the Three Colors of Worldview. as well as the 12 Dimensions of Culture and modules on Intercultural Communication, Intercultural Conflict Resolution and Creating a Third Cultural Space. The recipients have also demonstrated ability to apply the individual and group Three Colors of Worldview reports by facilitating group as well as one-on-one (coaching) sessions/engagements.
