Refund/exchange policy

For tangible products you just need to tell us within the first 48 hours you received the product through either email or telephone call. We’ll then process your request for refund or exchange and get back to you within 25 working days.

For intangible products like assessment tools, eBooks or workshops, requests for refund or exchange will receive a situation specific approach; you will have the option to take the assessment or participate in the workshop in a later date or get refunds.
