KnowledgeWorkx takes your privacy seriously and we promise to take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received is stored securely, is only used by us, and is well protected in GDPR-compliant servers. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
When processing personal data belonging to our partners or their clients, KnowledgeWorkx shall:
a) comply with the GDPR.
b) ensure that persons authorised to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality.
c) implement all technical and organisational measures set out in Article 32 of the GDPR
d) respect the conditions referred to in paragraphs 2 and 4 of Article 28 of the GDPR for engaging a sub-processor.
e) to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights laid down in Chapter III of the GDPR.
f) delete the personal data as instructed by the partners or clients, insofar as it is possible and unless otherwise required by applicable law. KnowledgeWorkx can, upon prior written request, make available all information necessary to demonstrate KnowledgeWorkx’ compliance with its obligations under Article 28 of the GDPR. Such information shall be provided without undue delay, subject to the request being within reasonable time in advance, specifying the scope of information to be provided.
For tangible products you just need to tell us within the first 48 hours you received the product through either email or telephone call. We’ll then process your request for refund or exchange and get back to you within 25 working days.
For intangible products like assessment tools, eBooks or workshops, requests for refund or exchange will receive a situation specific approach; you will have the option to take the assessment or participate in the workshop in a later date or get refunds.
